After the successful exhibition in Balatonboglár, the exhibition continues on the North Bank with new images. Péter Weiler and the balatonoffseason Instagram page have teamed up for an exciting artistic collaboration. Based on Dorka Bartha's photos documenting the built environment of Lake Balaton, Péter Weiler creates new artworks that evoke the events of the 1989 summer of regime change and the atmosphere of the era.

A sokáig Sopronban építőművészetet tanult, majd a szakmát majdnem tökéletesen otthagyva gondolt egyet és elment animáció filmezést illetve illusztrációt tanulni. Munkáinak jellemzője a tipizálás, a finom társadalomkritika - központi elemük a hétköznapi ember mindennapjainak, esendőségének sztereotipizálása.

Sós Gergő A MONOTON/MONOKROM megálmodója és alkotója. A forma alapokat a Balaton és Balaton-felvidék meder szerkezeti és domborzati mintázatainak metszeti képei adják. Mint a projekt neve, monoton/monokrom sejteti, statikus és szeriális rendszerre és az általam vizsgált felszíni és tonális mintázatok, narratíva és időjelzők hiányára épít.

A kiállítás anyaga multiszenzoriális művekből áll, amit a papír és természeti formák, különleges geometrikus alakzatok sokszínűsége gazdagít. Emellett az újrahasznosított anyagok, mint a papírmerítéshez (ki)használt filc, a számítástechnikai csomagoló hulladék vagy az épületháló is megjelenik és transzformálódik teljes értékű művészeti alkotássá.

Az emlékeink folyton változó építmények, melyeket időről-időre újraépítünk az aktuális jelen hatására. Az emlékeink ugyanúgy szólnak a jelenkori állapotunkról, ahogyan a múltról is.

Asztalos Zsolt a Jókai 7 kiállítóterében Mindszentkállán egy személyes vizuális napló (Recording Memories című sorozat) mellett olyan világháborús helyszíneket is feldolgoz, melyek szintén az emlékezetszerkesztés útvesztőiben konstruálódnak. Az emléktérképek olyan mentális értelmezési rendszerek, mely során az ember konkrét formákhoz köt történeti eseményket.
